Reed Grafke works as VP of Marketing at Halek Energy helping along investment projects for individual and institutional partners. He also manages a real estate company called Ascent Development Team, a non-profit organization called Team Kairos Foundation, and a management and consulting company called OneStep Inc. His wife Monette is a corporate pilot for Jet Direct and a teacher that specializes in working with special-needs kids.

Reed Grafke’s passion is utilizing his background in business administration, non-profit management, and public speaking to create or fascilitate charity-motivated business. A veteran businessman and minister working all over the world, Grafke has taught, trained, and mentored people in various cultures around the world. He has gained audience with Heads of State all over the world because of his notable work with a number of charities. His experiences in life have given him a lot to talk about when addressing the business seminars and conferences he is invited to speak at all over the world. Today, Reed Grafke and his wife serve on a number of for-profit and non-profit Boards of Directors, and both are leaders at their local church. Living generously is the mission statement of Reed and Monette Grafke, but they also enjoy missions works, scuba diving, hospitality, hunting, flying, fishing, and other adventuresome activities.
